Tri-vet LLC ("Trivet," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the StrengthBoot mobile application (the "App") and our website at trivetllc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Tri-vet LLC is a veteran-owned small business based in the United States. The StrengthBoot App is a fitness and conditioning companion app for the StrengthBoot ankle conditioning device and related lower-extremity training. The App is intended for general fitness, wellness, and conditioning purposes.
The StrengthBoot App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any injury-assessment features within the App (such as the ankle triage flow) are provided for informational and referral purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, we access the specific HealthKit data types you authorize, which may include: sleep data, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and related wellness metrics. This data is used only to power in-app features such as your Recovery Score and trend charts. You control this access at all times through your iPhone's Settings app and can revoke it at any time.
We do not collect payment card information directly (any future subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Trivet does not receive or store your card details). We do not collect precise GPS location.

We retain your account and app-usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features (such as long-term trend tracking). If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
If you are participating in TestFlight beta testing, your account and data are tagged internally as beta data. This allows us to separate and manage beta-period data appropriately as the App moves toward public release.

The StrengthBoot App is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at trivetllc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest (AES-256, via Google Firebase's default infrastructure). No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this same location with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
